To remove a payment from a quote, first, select “show deposit details” from within the selected quote.
From this menu, select the deposit you would like to remove from the quote.
Next, click "delete deposit"
Now that the deposit has been removed from the quote, it will appear as a credit memo on the client’s profile, viewable from the contacts page. This credit memo can now be applied to future quotes.
Note: Deleting a deposit from a quote DOES NOT trigger a refund.
