Products and services created in QuickBooks are automatically imported to QuoteMachine, however if you do not see your products right away follow the steps elaborated below to manually import products into QuoteMachine.

To import products from QuickBooks online into QuoteMachine

1 - Access the catalog in QuoteMachine

Open the catalog from the side menu or click directly on this link

Click Import

2 - Select the right import function

Click Start new Import

Click "Start now" to trigger a full import

If you're using QuoteMachine integrated with both Lightspeed and QuickBooks, you may only sync from Lightspeed.
