Getting started with QuoteMachine and Lightspeed Retail POS (X-Series) is easy! Use the guide below to help, and don't hesitate to reach out to our support team for more information!
1 - Create a QuoteMachine Account
To begin, you'll need to create a QuoteMachine account. The easiest way to create your free trial account is by connecting the QuoteMachine app directly from your Lightspeed app store.
Navigate to settings from the sidebar in your Lightspeed account, then select apps.
Then, select QuoteMachine from the app store.
Next, complete the steps to authorize QuoteMachine to access the Lightspeed data (so you can create documents in QuoteMachine using your products and customers).
Congrats, you've connected!
The initial catalogue sync can take up to 24 hrs to be completed
Only admin users should connect to the store
Other users should be created directly in QuoteMachine and login with their credentials
2- Set up your Quick Keys.
Quick keys are white let you quickly and easily create QuoteMachine invoices, work orders and quotes directly from your vend sale screen. The article linked below explains how to set those up: Click here
3 - Connect the Stripe Integration
In the Integrations section of 'My Account' Simply click 'add integration' for Stripe.
Next you will be prompted to 'Connect with Stripe'. Here you will be guided to Stripes site where you can follow their sign up process. Following this, Stripe and QuoteMachine will be automatically integrated. See detailed help here.
4 - Set up your document templates
