Create or edit a document template

In the sales tools section, select which template you wish to edit or add to.

You have the option to either edit an existing or create a new one.

Here we've selected to add a new template. We'll give it a name, select which existing we want to base it off of, and finally click 'save'.

Now select 'edit content'. Note that you can also select which template oyu want to set as your default.

Use the different features to alter you document. For example, the 3 dots on the left allow you to change the positioning of a specific element, edit its' content, or delete it altogether.

If you were to select 'edit' you can alter whats' already there. for example, change the photos for this new template, or edit the text.

You can also click directly on existing text to edit it, or use the 'add' button to enter new elements.

The elements include videos, images or text, or even just spacing between the sections. You can also more detailed elements like customer account statements, or even a e-signature box.

Once you're satisfied with your document use the preview button to see how the customer will experience it.

Editing an individual document

You can also edit a document before sending it out. This doesn't update you template, and allows you to personalize what you're sending out to your clients.

When creating a new quote (or any document in QuoteMachine), select 'edit design'.

Before getting started, you can change the template you're using.

Now, use the different features to alter you document. For example, the 3 dots on the left allow you to change the positioning of a specific element, edit its' content, or delete it altogether.

The 'add' button allows you to add in additional elements.

The elements include videos, images or text, or even just spacing between the sections. You can also more detailed elements like customer account statements, or even a e-signature box.

Selecting, for example, 'text and image', will give you the options to chose your image, enter your text, and even alter the image size, etcetera.

Once you're satisfied with your changes, use the preview button to see how the customer will experience it.

You can even confirm how it will appear on a mobile device, or even download it as a pdf.

Once done, send the quote directly to your client!
