You can control how to export and import data with Lightspeed X-Series using the different integration settings available.

To access the integration settings:

Go to the “My Account” section under the “Integrations” tab and click on the Lightspeed X-Series integration.

The integration settings page will open.

Product for exporting quick product line items: When creating a quick product in QuoteMachine, it will be exported to Lightspeed as the product indicated here. By default, the product called “Miscellaneous” that has been created for this purpose during the integration, is set up. You may change it.

Create and track PO from orders: When enabled, it allows to create and track Lightspeed purchase orders directly from documents in QuoteMachine. For more information about this feature, read this article.

Payment type for cash: Select the payment method from Lightspeed that corresponds to a cash payment method. Whenever a cash payment is registered in QuoteMachine, it will be exported as the payment type set in this field.

Payment type for credit card: Select the payment method from Lightspeed that corresponds to a credit card payment method. Whenever a payment with a credit card is registered in QuoteMachine, it will be exported as the payment type set in this field.

Payment type for check: Select the payment method from Lightspeed that corresponds to a check payment method. Whenever a payment with a check is registered in QuoteMachine, it will be exported as the payment type set in this field.

Payment type for bank transfer: Select the payment method from Lightspeed that corresponds to a bank transfer. Whenever a payment via bank transfer is registered in QuoteMachine, it will be exported as the payment type set in this field.

Payment type for credit memo: When a credit memo is created in QuoteMachine as a result of a return on an invoice, and then the credit memo is applied as payment, the payment method indicated here is the one that will appear in Lightspeed.
