Adding ageing reports into documents

How to add ageing reports into your invoices and account statements

QuoteMachine allows you to include ageing reports directly into invoices and account statements. 

You can add this into your templates, or into a specific invoice. Follow the steps below. 

In the Sales Tools section, select branding. Here you can select which template you wish to add an ageing report to. 

Select the Template, and click Edit. 

To add a section, decide where in the document you would like place the ageing report and click "Add"

Now, you can select 'Customer ageing report'.

The clients' Invoice will now include an ageing report.

The same steps can be repeated to add an ageing report to an Account statement.
