QuoteMachine for X-Series is billed directly through Lightspeed, alongside your POS subscription. To cancel your account, you must remove the app and the subscription charge from Lightspeed.

1) Remove the App

Navigate to settings, then apps, the click the delete button next to the QuoteMachine app.

2) Remove the Subscription

Now, click on the billing tab within settings. Click on the app subscriptions tab, then click the delete button next to QuoteMachine.

You need to complete steps 1 and 2 in order to fully remove the app, and prevent further charges from occurring.
