Next to sending your documents to your customers by email, QuoteMachine now offers the option to send quotes and invoices through SMS. Using our SMS feature is easy and there's only a couple of things that you have to note.

When your document is finished and ready to be sent to your customer, you simply click the green "SMS" button to send the interactive document through text.

You will then see the SMS interface where you can write down the phone number, and the contents of the text.

There are two things that you have to note when it comes to the phone number:

  • When writing down the phone number, always make sure to put down the country code.

  • If you write down a phone number that's different from the phone number in the customer's profile, QuoteMachine will automatically update the phone number to the one you've put down in the SMS.

When you're done composing the text, simply hit the ''Send an SMS'' button and the text will be sent out to your customer.

Your customer will receive the text, and will be able to reply to it as well. In case they reply, you will be able to see it from the invoice right away.

When clicking the blue "SMS Jimmy" button in the example above, all of the text messages between you and your customer will show up. Besides that, you'll be able to send additional texts as needed.
