Use the in-document chat feature to communicate with customers

The chat feature can be used on any QuoteMachine document. Its' a great way to continue a sales conversation with your client, without having to e-mail back and forth.

On any document set up with the chat feature, a customer may start a conversation by typing into the chat.

On your internal view, you will see their chat, as well as receive an email notifying of you their question.

Reply directly to the customer from QuoteMachine.

Removing this feature

The chat feature can be enabled or disabled in the document template. In Sales Tools, select the document template, and edit it to disable the chat.
