QuoteMachine offers two generic statuses: "In progress" and "Completed".

You can customize these statuses and add multiple new custom statuses under these generic statuses.

Note: These changes will only reflect on new documents, not already existing ones.

Create a new custom order status

From the Account menu, select "order statuses". Then you can access the "Create a new status" button.

From the same menu, you can automate status changes once an order is completed or when all products are checked in. (Notice 3rd arrow)

You could also create custom Order Row statuses. If your business has multiple steps involved in the ordering process, this is a great way to manage internal communication and updates.

Once set, they will be visible and available to use from order creation menu.
