Adding a credit card to a contacts' file is possible, whether or not the client has used this card with you or not.

Start by heading to your contacts' tab in QuoteMachine, and select which contact you wish add a payment method for.
Now, select 'cards on file'.
Here you'll see other cards that may already be on file for this contact. Select 'add new card'.
Enter the new card information, and click 'add'
The new card is now on file. Note that you are able to indicate which card should be used by default.
