To use different taxes per line item, you can use the '...' next to any line item, and click on the sales tax.

Now you can select another rate.

You'll notice here the different taxes will show next to the item as well as in the total section.

**Lightspeed Users! To set up this feature, note that you will need to associate the taxes as tax class under the main tax. See the photo below.
