Once you have created your invoice, there are multiple ways to make sure your invoices are being recorded on QuoteMachine.

You can send yourself a BBC email of any invoice you send out without your customers seeing the additional recipients.

To obtain all your invoices at once, you can also conduct a CSV export in just a few steps:

  • Click on “Invoices” in the side-bar

  • You have the option to use “Filters” to search for invoices by product, customer, vendor, assigned employee, etc.

  • You can also select specific invoices by checking the checkbox on the left side of the invoice number

  • Once you are ready to export, click “Export all results” at the bottom

  • When the interface opens up, you can select “Include line items” to export all your lines items if you wanted to export individual product information as well

  • Click “Start export” to begin the download

If you have Zapier, you can click here to create a Zap in a few easy steps to automatically send yourself a copy of the invoices when it is created

  • First, you’ll want to connect your Google Drive with QuoteMachine. You can type in QuoteMachine/Google Drive in the search bar and select it from the drop down list.

  • Click on “Select a Trigger” to reveal the list of available triggers.

  • Scroll to find “Invoice Created” and click on that option

  • Now you can click on “Select an Action” to reveal the list of available actions

  • Scroll to find “Upload File” and click on that option

  • Now that you’ve chosen your trigger and action, click “Try it” to set-up account connections
