QuoteMachine offers ACH payments, which are a form of direct deposit, bank to bank transfers that uses the ACH network.

If you already have a Stripe account, it usually should just be a matter of connecting it to QuoteMachine and enabling the ACH option in your templates: More info in this help article

If you don't have a Stripe account, you can find more info on how to set one up here.

In Stripe, after setting up your Stripe account, you sometimes manually have to set up ACH as well. To do so, follow the following steps:

  1. Go to https://dashboard.stripe.com/login and log into your Stripe account

  2. Go to https://stripe.com/docs/ach. There, you should see a blue button labeled "Enable ACH"

  3. Click on that button, and ACH should be activated!

If you're trying to use ACH on QuoteMachine, and you get errors such as

  • Bank account already exists in Stripe

  • This bank account is not a valid source for payments. Only valid sources can be attached to a customer.

  • You must accept the Terms of Service for ACH at stripe.com/docs/guides/ach before adding US bank accounts to customers.

Then it's likely that you haven't set up ACH correctly. In that case, please check the above mentioned steps.
