There are different restrictions you can set on order forms to limit who can use them, when, and how many orders you might take.
Expiration date
Set an expiry date for your order form. It will no longer be valid after that date.
Limiting customer type
Use customer types to limit who has access to the order form. This is useful if you wish to limit special offerings to select clients.
Limiting order number, and inventory.
You can also limit how many orders you wish to allow on a single order form, and even set an item to only sell a certain quantity.
