It can be very convenient to let your customers easily contact you directly from your website.

To access the settings of the messenger, go to your shopify admin:

  • Open your current theme in the Online store menu:

  • Then, open the App embedded tab in the theme settings:

  • You can then modify the settings of the messenger:

    • Floating button color: Change the color of the floating bottom at the bottom right of your website

    • Floating button text: Change the text label of the floating button at the bottom right of your website

    • Modal title: When clicking on the floating button, it opens a modal (or popup) with the messenger form. This setting changes the top title of the modal.

    • Form name label: Change the label of the name field of the messenger form.

    • Form email label: Change the label of the email field of the messenger form.

    • Form message label: Change the label of the message field of the messenger form.

    • Form send button: Change the label of the submit button of the messenger form.

    • Thank you message: Change the message after a customer send a message using the messenger form

    • Open quote button: Change the label of the "open quote" button. Customers see the "open quote" button when your staff sends a quote using the messenger.
