If the shipping address field has been added to the document template, and an address is available within the customer contact profile, it will appear on the document by default.

To edit this field, simply click the pencil icon under the “shipping address” field within the selected document.

Note: This action will only update the shipping address for the selected document. If you would like to update the customer information, you can update the customer’s default shipping address from their contact page.
